In iOS 10 my music won't download to my new phone (iPhone 6S). When I go to a playlist and hit the download button all the circles start spinning next to the songs and they also go under the downloading section but none ever actually download.I found a workaround where under the downloading section I went to an individual song and stopped the download circle and hit it again - and it would download.
