The G2225 Mary Ann Motorized Laboratory Sieve Shakers can handle up to a 20' stack of unclamped 12' or 8' sieves at 45 Degree. When using 8' sieves the unit has a maximum capacity of 10 full-height sieves, while 12' sieve capacity is 6 full-height sieves. The sieving action allows each particle maximum opportunity to pass through the mesh. These high quality shakers offer quite operation while minimizing sieve wear.

Also included is a convenient storage rack while the new digital timer ensures precise operation. The G2223 has the same operation but is designed to handle only 8' sieves. The LAC bench-top oven features horizontal recirculating airflow and exceptional temperature uniformity.

The result is proven reliability in demanding production and laboratory applications, such as curing, drying, sterilizing, aging, and other process-critical procedures. The high-performance oven delivers temperatures up to 260ºC (500ºF). The LAC uses horizontal recirculating airflow to ensure uniform temperatures throughout the oven. A high-volume fan circulates air through perforated, stainless steel walls to create a constant horizontal airflow across all sections of the oven. Improved controls are easy to use for both simple and complex applications. Single and multiple- temperature applications can be started with the push of a button.

Multiple temperature operations are controlled by up to eight programs, with eight ramp and soak segments in each program. Other features include a large, bright LED temperature display, a 32 character LCD status panel, and high-limit temperature protection.

Cleaning is easy due to the scratch-resistant, baked enamel exterior, stainless steel interior, and smooth door surface. Servicing is easy due to convenient access to the heater and fan. The reversible door can be mounted to open from either the left or right, permitting easy access when the oven is placed in a corner.

The Despatch LAC features a sturdy, welded, double-wall construction, three inches of glass fiber insulation, and heavy-duty gaskets. Each oven receives a thorough quality and performance test before it is shipped. Heating elements carry a five-year warranty. Stainless steel interior. The G6922 thru G6935 capping compound pots are used for melting wax in order to seal soil samples and capping concrete cylinders. A cast aluminum liner produces quick and even heat transfer.

The shell is constructed from stainless steel and is insulated by 3' fiberglass insulation. The pots have a multiple circuit heating element with a variable temperature range of 150°F-550°F. Also furnished is a loose aluminum cover. The G6922 thru G6925 utilize a bimetallic thermostat, while the G6926 thru G6935 incorporates a mechanical thermostat (stainless steel bulb and capillary) and high temperature limit device. The G8260 drying tube will completely dry air and by connecting the tube via rubber hose from a compressed air line or gas cylinder to the inlet of the dryer provides an immediate flow of dry gas to a dew point of -100°F. The indicating granules in the drying tube are a distinct blue color. When exhausted the color turns to a rose red or pink.

The zone between the two colors in the column may be a purple color and this zone should be a sharp narrow band when the flow rate is at equilibrium. The color of the granules can be regenerated by drying them in an oven.

Gilson ss 25Sieve

The tube holds 30 grams of indicating granules and will absorb up to 3 grams of water vapor. The unit also has a flow rate up to 300 cubic centimeters per minute. The tube is constructed from unbreakable polyethylene 3/4' O.D. X 6' long and will accept 1/4' to 3/8' I.D. The G8261 is very similar to the G8260 which will completely dry air at atmospheric pressure or pressures up to 90 psi. The flow rate may be 200 liters per hour or 0.1 scfm. The dimensions are 2-5/8' x 11-3/8'.

The G8262 Dewatering Filter is ideal for pulling water vapor from vacuum pumps while reducing the frequency of oil changes. Meets AASHTO T-209-99. Used for wet sieving of soil, cement and fine aggregates. In accordance with ASTM and AASHTO requirements, sieves have deep frames to prevent loss of fines when washing and have a brass frame and bronze or stainless steel mesh (see models for description).

Manualidades

The G1968 is the Corps of Engineers type wet washing assembly. It has a capacity of 10 to 12 lbs. And includes a 12' dia. Brass frame with a #200 mesh detachable screen with a coarser mesh backing at the bottom. The G1968 is 10' deep and is supplied with an overload screen at the midpoint.

A wet washing attachment ( G1969) is also available. The attachment provides a fine spray at controlled pressure for efficient washing and protection of fine sieve cloth.

The attachment consists of a spray nozzle, gauge, fittings and valve with NPT pipe thread. When precise temperature control is not required this economical double burner hot plate is ideal for heating/drying applications. The G6645 and G6646 hot plates use a 5-1/2' dia. Tubular heating elements with variable heat controls up to 750 watts. Overall dimensions are 22' X 10' X 5'. The G6421 Double Burner Stove is semi enclosed and gas operated making it an ideal choice for in the field.

The G6423 and G6425 are gas powered for extra portability. All three gas powered stoves are constructed from 20-gauge steel with adjustable A.G.A.-approved universal gas valves for safe indoor use.

The G2161 & G2162 Vibra Pads are very useful for breaking surface tension when wet sieving very fine materials using 6' dia or smaller sieves. They also accommodate nonstandard diameter sieves that cannot be adapted to the G2351 Sieve Shaker. The pads can also be used with a microsplitter when reducing sticky or near size materials, and for compaction and settling tests of powders. The vibration intensity can be set by knob. The plastic coated 5-1/4' square platform has two wing nut fasteners and corner pillars with garter springs for holding sieves and other items in place. The Despatch LEB Natural Convection Bench Top Oven provides the most economical and reliable thermal processing.

Available in three sizes ranging from 2.3 - 18 cubic feet. When Forced Convection is not required, gravity or natural airflow offers high productivity at low cost. The heater generates quick heat-up as it covers the entire base of the chamber and allows the heated air to move through the perforated chamber floor. The LEB is recomended for a variety of standard laboratory and production applications including drying, curing, annealing and materials testing. The LEB series ovens operate at temperatures up to 400°F (204°C). A microprocessor based single set-point digital controler regulates temperatures with-in tight tolerances. A 3/4' LED panel displays temperatures in large, bright, easy to read numbers.

The ovens also feature a stainless steel interior and nickel plated shelves. Every LEB oven is UL and C-UL listed, and recieves a thorough performance test before shipping. The heater is backed with five year warranty. G6077, G6079, and G6081 models will operate at 208V with 25% reduction in heater power.

These convenient, cost effective Gilson Universal Sample Splitters offer industry standard accuracy for mixing and reducing gross samples to representative smaller test quantities. These sample splitters have adjustable openings so they can accommodate different size aggregates. The G8861 Gilson Sample Splitter is the original large capacity floor sample divider for laboratory or field use. Chute width settings from 1/2, 1, 1-1/2, 2, 3, 4 and 6 inches. The G8862 Versa Splitter has wide applications since it can be used for fine aggregates as well as many coarse sizes. Contact parts and pans are stainless steel except for aluminum chute bars that are anodized for corrosion resistance.

Chute width settings from 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1-1/2, 2, and 3 inches. The G8863 Totally Enclosed Sample Splitter is similar to the G8861, but is designed so that all in-lab sample handling operations are done inside the splitter. Chute openings are adjustable to 1/2, 1, 1-1/2, 2,3 and 4 inches. The G8867 Porta Splitter is as durable as it is compact.
